Our cacao powder is made from beans grown deep within the rich, volcanic soil of Papua New Guinea. We slow roast the fermented beans at a low temperature to create a beautiful fruity, full bodied, chocolaty flavour whilst preserving its key nutrients and antioxidants. The cacao nibs are stone-ground and cold pressed to make our cacao powder.
